A scholar of International Relations, Comparative Politics, and Military History, Terilyn's research focuses on the rapidly evolving role of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (or Drones) in post-RMA warfare. Utilizing postmodern and critical theorists, Terilyn is interested in the ways that UAV warfare digitizes humanity and the biopolitical, aesthetic, and discursive impacts of that process. Terilyn is also interested in the role of technology, notably social media, in global protest movements.
